Terms of Service
Clear rules for licenses, server activation, refunds, product protection, and customer responsibility.
One server
Every license is tied to one activated server.
Protected license
Sharing, tampering, or transferring access is not allowed.
No refunds
Digital products are final once activated.
Usage
License Terms
01Each purchased product is licensed for one activated server only.
02Running the product on a server other than the activated server can disable the license immediately.
03Only the original buyer can request an activated IP change, free of charge.
04Product ownership cannot be transferred to another account, person, or server.
05Sharing or giving the product to another person can permanently revoke the license.
06Products are protected by Eagle Store copyrights, and requests to remove copyright notices or ownership attribution are prohibited.
07Payment taxes or processing fees are included in the final purchase price when applicable.
08Leaving the Eagle Store Discord server will result in the permanent cancellation of the license.
09The person who communicated with Eagle Store and completed the purchase through the support ticket is considered the license owner, even if another person made the payment.
10Lifetime access remains valid only while Eagle Store remains operational.
11Tampering, reverse engineering, vulnerability hunting, or attempting to exploit the product will result in license suspension and may result in a permanent account ban.
12The activated server name may be changed only once and only with prior permission from Eagle Store management. An unauthorized change may result in permanent license cancellation.
13Eagle Store is not responsible for conflicts between its products and products or scripts from other stores when the other provider does not cooperate in resolving the conflict.
14Customers are responsible for confirming product and script compatibility before purchasing.
15Terms may change when needed to protect customers, products, and the service.
Payments
Refund Policy
01All products are digital and activated immediately after purchase.
02Refunds are not provided after completing a purchase under these terms.
03Purchased products cannot be exchanged for other products.
04Product incompatibility or a change of mind is not a valid refund reason.
05License suspension or cancellation caused by a Terms of Service violation does not qualify for a refund.
06Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchasing.
PayNow
Payment and Buyer Agreements
Purchases made through Eagle Store are processed by PayNow as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to PayNow's Buyer Agreement, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing from Eagle Store, you agree to these terms and the no-refund policy.
